We are having a fun movement workshop and social event on July 13th.  It  will be about 30-40 minutes of mindful movement for shoulders, back, and hips, lead by Marci  Hedderson-Carroll of Geode Yoga + Fitness.  Followed by drinks on the patio.  $20.00 per person follow the link for tickets.
